A Moroccan lady has been captured for attempting to pirate a 19-year-old vagrant from Gabon over the outskirt with Spain nestled into a bag.  
 
The Spanish Civil Guard captured the lady in Ceuta, a Spanish enclave by Morocco, on December 30.  
 
It comes as around 1,100 sub-Saharan African transients today attempted to cross into Spain from Morocco by means of Ceuta by raging an outskirt fence.
