The photograph of an infant with long awful tribal stamps over his face has circulated around the web with responses pouring in.
A Facebook client, Aishat Alubankudi who sahred the photograph approached individuals from the National Assembly to authorize a law that would stop the practice in Nigeria.
In a quick response, Senator Dino Melaye says this boorish demonstration of applying tribal checks on kids must stop. Melaye who took to his Instagram page to respond said the National personality card is sufficient type of ID as he wants to support a bill that will preclude this ridiculous practice.
